But first three pieces of advice:

Change your password.
As you know, the password refreshes at regular intervals, so changing it now will avoid users being locked out.

Store important files on the cloud.

If your files are on onedrive/teams/sharepoint… you will have access to them from anywhere.

Setup your work email on your phone.

If you are worried to mix your home and work email on the same app. Use the default app for your home email and use the outlook app for work.
when asked, allow notifications to to be notified in real time.

If their servers become unstable or crash due to high traffic, you will find details on the status page: http://status.showmyhomework.co.uk/
