For those of you who were here to attend the Judicium session a few years ago, you will know that you should delete emails over 3 years old.
It is also included in our retention policy available on the school website.
Judicium has now asked us to enforce it with Office 365 to be compliant with our own policies and the law.
Therefore in one week, we will implement an automatic process within Office 365 so that the retention policy is applied automatically.
If you are using your work email to receive payslips (this is not recommended but I know some of you have done it. You should use your personal email for this as your NKS email is terminated the minute you leave the school and all payslips would then be lost) this is the first thing I would advise taking a copy of.
